Upon completing his MBA, Todd began his career with Ford Motor Company in their Sales and Marketing Division. Todd also spent time with Lehman Brothers working in their Institutional Municipal Bond Department. For ten years prior to entering the recruiting business, Todd worked in the media business managing a team of sales professionals, responsible for over $150,000,000 in national advertising sales.
