Todd Marschke is the Managing Partner of the Douglas Search Group and brings over 15 years of highly successful sales and marketing experience to the firm. Over the past decade, Todd has worked in the media business managing a team of sales professionals while responsible for over $150,000,000 in national advertising sales.

Todd's extensive experience within the media/advertising business has made him very aware of what it takes to be a top producer. While working within the Cable/TV/Radio business, Todd has developed a national network and presence. Todd made it a habit of hiring only the best of the best and that is what he will do for you as a client. Prior to joining the media business, Todd began his professional career with Ford Motor Company working as a Zone Manager in the Southeast and Northeast Territories. Todd attended Western Michigan University while majoring in Business Management and received his MBA in Marketing from Michigan State.
